Mindful Living Program

The course lasts for 8 days and 7 nights and is based on the profound Eastern wisdom system. It combines the excellent research of OCTAVE’s expert team in the field of modern medicine, including psychology, nutrition, integrated medicine, and rehabilitation medicine. After undergoing repeated testing and many evolutions, a set of OCTAVE’s exclusive integrated mind-body practice methods has been developed to improve modern lifestyles and habits. With a variety of course content offered in an immersive experience, participants will be guided to learn to listen to and observe their own bodies, as well as recognize the relationship between “eating, breathing, sleeping, exercising, stillness, worldview, middleway and celebration of life”.

  • One overall body and mind energy testing session before the course, one doctor consultation and interpretation, one overall health report
  • Time-waver examination and one-on-one professional reading
  • Opening and graduation ceremonies and enrichment activities
  • Daily practice of multi-dimensional methods, combined with breathing and positive thinking exercises
  • Daily elective courses including mindful eating, aromatherapy, color healing, mind-body stretching, Zen painting, mantra meditation, gong bath, and more
  • Six evening discussions and group dialogues to gain wisdom and inspiration through hearing, thinking and practice
  • A 12-step hot bath cycle experience of the AT ONE Wellness Spa to calm fatigue and rejuvenate the body and mind
  • Full support from a professional team of herbalists, rehabilitation specialists, health coaches and experts such as nutritionists and psychological instructors
  • Customized plant-based nutrition package at Though For Food by Octave (light fasting plan for course implementation on some dates)
