The OCTAVE Mindful Emotion and Relationship program consists of a 6-month online course in the early stages. It serves to build a platform for personal, family and community development, in which they can communicate and learn how to regulate emotions. Combined with an 8-day and 7-night offline experience, the program guides participants to explore the self, heighten one’s emotional awareness, discover ideas, apply mindfulness to daily life, live with emotions, reconcile with self and others, rebuild relationships, and achieve joy, peace and balance in mind and body.

Course Content and Modules

Module 1 Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an integrated state of mental processing. By understanding the body and decoding stress, we use mindfulness to explore emotions, become aware of the self, and build harmonious relationships.

Module 2 True Happiness

How far are we from happiness? What is the true purpose of Life? How do we avoid falling into the trap of overthinking, so we can break through the limitations of our self, and embrace the happiness within reach?

Module 3 Respect for Life

To live a life of freedom and abundance, you first must know and respect yourself. Achieve this by uncovering your trajectory with MBTI and deciphering your own personality code.

Module 4 Love Language and Listening

Unleash the instinct of love and listen to the language of the heart. Relationships are often enhanced or eroded by communication. Learn the five languages of love; this includes non-violent communication and appreciative inquiry, as well as listening and communicating to enhance relationships.

Module 5 Nourishment and Healing

Release stress, heal wounds, learn about psychological resilience and the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon, and face life's issues positively with a more resilient mind and a healthier heart in the nourishment of the sound bowl healing – a healing ritual that uses sound waves induce deep relaxation and healing.

Module 6 True Love

We often love others the way we have been loved, and learning how to love is a lifelong task. Understanding the challenges of love, unlocking patterns, Tango love mini-learning – by returning to the self you will discover how to love yourself and others.
