Susie has been engaged in dance before 2006. She also signed up for yoga teacher training in 2006. Fortunately, she met Bill and Duncan. The systematic study of yoga made her understand that yoga is a scientific exercise of anatomy, philosophy and theory. After the training, she started teaching yoga. During 15 years of constant teaching, she also followed Ashtanga masters Clayton Horton, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Viven Yap. Susie likes teaching very much because she can meet so many different people. 24 years of professional dance has caused her many injuries, but the injuries were relieved a lot through correct practice, so she paid more attention on safely, effectively and happily practicing. She has more than 15,000 hours of teaching experience since 2006. She thinks yoga is "a way to spread love and happiness“. It allows us to open our hearts, know and accept ourselves so that we can discover, treat, and accept people or things around us. Therefore, yoga is about the kind of peace, joy, and happiness that you really feel through practice.
