Lonnie Song

Mr. Lonnie Song graduated from Stony Brook University, New York, and gained Grand Diploma in Classic Culinary Arts at The International Culinary Center, New York. Lonnie started his culinary career at top fine dining restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. After returning to Shanghai, Lonnie continues to dedicate himself into fine dining kitchen and worked for Jean Georges’ , which has one Michelin Star, for 6 years and was promoted to Junior Sous Chef. Prior to join Octave, he worked as Sous Chef for 2 years at 3 Michelin Stars Restaurant, Taian Table, which is well known for its creative menu, changing every six to eight weeks meanwhile offering an intimate dining venue allowing chefs to introduce the dishes and share the stories and thoughts behind the food with customers.
