Claire used to be a dance teacher. This work experience made her caring and patient, also gave her a sense of responsibility. She first met yoga in 2010, it’s like a mirror for her. The reflection of the mirror make her see and understand herself more clearly and let her live in the moment. She hopes that through the practice of breathing and asanas, we can help more people feel the breath connects the body and consciousness, creates a connection and space with the inside and finds inner-peace through breath.
